Thai Auto Parts Manufacturing Crane Procurement Project
To meet the material handling requirements of its Rayong plant, a Thai automotive parts company required high-performance and reliable lifting equipment. After multiple rounds of evaluation, our company was selected as the partner in December 2023. We provide customized solutions and full-cycle after-sales support to ensure efficient production operations.
Two customized lifting systems of different types were supplied to meet the operational requirements of the Thai factory, with core parameters and configurations precisely tailored to on-site needs.

The control method is a wire-controlled button system, featuring both electronic and mechanical dual limit switches, with an operating noise level of ≤70 dB(A) (weighted sound level). |
Jib Crane | 250kg-3.5m×2.5m | 1 unit | The equipment features a rated lifting capacity of 250kg, 3.5m boom length, 2.5m lifting height, and 270-degree rotation range. Its steel square tube columns and section steel beams maintain structural integrity without deformation or bending under full load. The system is equipped with TBM/DoubleChang brand chain hoists, paired with a 20m power cable and distribution box to meet on-site power supply requirements. |
